Truffle Products
Our truffle products are made with freshly harvested Black Perigord Truffles. We carefully select the most mature truffles to guarantee the intensity of the aroma in our products. Then, the fresh truffles are meticulously hand washed before being grated, sliced or crushed to infuse liquids or to be mixed with other components. Only ingredients from Australian producers are used.
Our products do not contain preservatives or artificial colours and flavours. To ensure the best quality offered to our customers, we recommend using our products by the use-by date indicated on the packages.
Due to the limited truffle season, the unpredictability of the harvest and the popularity of our produce, please contact us for product availability and latest prices. We will send you the updated list of our truffle products.
